Chaos Fighters II: Historical Chronicles-Beyond The Earth(Chapter 48-True Final Showdown Part Two)

"I thought that you will become a coward and hiding behind your lover's back, but I am indeed wrong. Still, I will defeat you!" The gray hollow repeated the huge exploding fireballs trick, but that time, the explosions were absorbed while Muranyl was dodging the fireballs. After a few minutes, the flames on the gray hollow's body was disappeared. Next, The explosions were seen around it and it was damaged repeatedly. Cracks were seen around its body, but they were soon disappeared.

"Don't be too sure about that, bastard. You evildoings will be punished to death even when it is not executed by me!" He took out his gradlir and stabbed it onto the ground, but nothing happened although the color of the embedded diamond was changed to white. The hollow laughed while taking out a hollow crystal sword and dashing towards him. Then, suddenly multicolored beams appeared out of nowhere and struck it repeatedly. Unfortunately, they were all absorbed and the hollow turned from gray to white color.

"How does it feel when your trump card was rendered useless and a fuel for my next attack?" The hollow crystal sword was became colorful as well. The hollow stabbed it onto the ground and multicolored beams struck down onto him from the sky, but he quickly dashed around to dodge them. The hollow laughed frantically for a few seconds, not realizing that he was closing in towards it. After 15 seconds, he stabbed the hollow using his gradlir and the colors were "transferred" into the embedded diamond. Next, he kicked it away, but it stabbed its sword onto the ground and prevented itself from falling off the tall building.

"I feel nothing about it," A sudden explosion near the hollow threw it off the building. He thought he won and walked back to the ladder, but after a few seconds the hollow warped itself back to the rooftop. He quickly dashed backwards and the hollow ended up crashing. It quickly stood up and dashed towards him while launching slash waves. He stepped onto them but suddenly the slash waves were electrically charged and he was electrically shocked before falling onto the ground.

"Then, how about this? I doubt that you are going to survive that," The hollow attempted to stab him, but he quickly rolled around while slashing its legs. The hollow ended up falling onto the ground while he quickly dashed away from it. When it stood up, titanium chains suddenly wrapped him and he could not move. The hollow was walking towards him slowly, thinking that it already won the match. At the meantime, inside the control room,

"There's an emergency signal from the rooftop,"

"Show the image," An image of the hollow walking to Muranyl while he was tied by the chains was seen.

"Activate the security positron cannon," A cannon was silently appeared behind the hollow and a blast was fired, killing the hollow instantly while the titanium chains were disappeared. Suddenly, another emergency signal was received.

"This is bad! The magic circle nullifier appeared in all pipelines and they were spreading the yellow power within the device!"

"Calm down. Use the marble seal," Marble blocks appeared in all pipes, but the nullifier pass through them as if there was nothing blocking it.

"It's useless!"

"Use this," Jofrier handed a blue colored bomb with brush attached to its back to Kruyil. "It's the cleaner's device and also a bomb which will destroy the device, but I have only one of them,"

"It's okay. I guess we just have to wait until the nullifier went into the main pipeline,"

"Are you serious, sir? According to the calculation, the device would pass through the last magic circle from the entrance of the main pipeline within two minutes,"

"I can do that by remote controlling it. Just tell me where is the shortest pipe to the main pipeline,"

"It's at the well outside of the facility. Be quick, there's only one minute before all the devices merged,"

"I understand," Jorfrier was teleported away to the well and she dropped the bomb into it. The brush acted akin to propeller blades. After a minute, the nullifier devices merged into one and the bomb started moving faster and faster. The bomb managed to get close to the device, but after 90 seconds, a pink helmeted scum suddenly attacked Jorfrier and the bomb was slowed down. Muranyl quickly teleported himself to the well and a wind shot was fired into the well. Next, the wind shot moved along the pipelines and reached close to the bomb, accelerating it again. Finally, the nullifier device exploded barely before the last magic circle before the main pipeline split into branches.

"That's it! We did it!"

"The pink helmeted scum can't do anything now!"
After another month, the pink helmeted scums were completely defeated while its supporters in the government resigned from their positions, including the president when the Vertrifo Planetary Council investigated the matter. As the result, a new wave of struggle for gender equality started by thinking from both men and women's perspective rather than women's alone. A day later,

"So, you two wanted to leave?" Muranyl and Cephyone were standing in front of Delcaj town's north gate, looking at Murazrai and Tereue.

"Yes. We are having an adventure in other districts. We would like to invite you around, but considering that you are now a bounty hunter, it would be unwise for me to do so,"

"Why?" Cephyone was wondering.

"It is considered unethical for bounty hunters to hunt criminals who are not in the district they are living in," Tereue replied to her.

"I understand. Anyway, good luck on your journey," Muranyl and Cephyone walked back to their house while they dashed away while riding on a horse. Then, at night, while they were strolling around a park,

"That fountain...." They saw a fountain around them. It was said that any successful wedding propsal made at the fountain would made the couple happy together forever.

"Cephyone...will you marry me?" Muranyl suddenly knelt down in front of her while taking out a gold ring with a pearl embedded onto it.

"I will. Let me take care of you forever, okay?" She kissed him. Things are finally settled....

"That asshole...I won't let him escape!" The black hollow dashed towards the lobby, but soon it stopped and went to the rooftop, only to discover that Muranyl has defeated the manager and he just woke up from his brief sleep.

"So you have turned into a hollow with a dose for vengeance. I will stop you no matter what," He took out his Gradlir and dashed towards her, but it blocked his advance using its hollow crystal sword. The hollow attempted to kick him, but he blocked the attack by kicking her legs. They stuck in such a stance for a few minutes before they jumped backwards. The sky was full with black clouds and thunder sparks struck through the barrier a few times and it ended weakened briefly.

"I cannot let you win. My final mission must be accomplished, but first, I must kill you!" The hollow dashed towards him while launching invisible wind slash waves at him. Feeling the unusual blowing wind from the slash waves, he dashed in an circular arc before closing in, but a few titanium spikes struck up from the ground tripped him down. A few thunder spark struck right at him, but the spark hit exactly at the diamond embedded inside his Gradlir, turning it to from white to yellow color.

"Ha, looks like you can't cause any real harm...!" He stood up and dashed towards her again, but he could not reach close to her as marble walls appeared around her out of nowhere and spiraled their way away from her. He quickly dashed backwards to the edge of the rooftop, pointed his gradlir at her and charged forward like a pike user dashing while riding a horse. A hemispherical barrier appeared in front of the weapon and it smashed through the walls, much to her horror.

"Impressive, but can you deal with this?" The hollow held a glass pillar and swung it in a spinning motion. He merely jumped over the pillar while closing in. Upon reaching close, he jumped and threw the weapon at her, but it suddenly stopped spinning and raised the glass pillar, sending him falling down the tall building along with the weapon. The hollow thought that it already won the fight, but on the hallway leading to the tall building, Cephyone was watching him falling down along with the weapon.

"Muranyl...Muranyl...Muranyl!" Her dash suddenly became faster. Feathery wings suddenly sprout out from her back when she reached close to the tall building. She jumped straight at him, but soon she realized that she was flying upwards.

"Cephyone...looks like I am doomed to die. Be happy, my...!" After 5 seconds, Cephyone caught him and hugged him using her wings. He thought that it was afterlife, but soon he snapped as he saw the pipes around him. His face was blushing while she carried him upwards. The feathers from the wings certain warmed not just his body, but also his heart as well.

"Muranyl...I won't allow you to die. We do not age nor getting diseases, so we must survive together. Let's finish what you haven't finished yet," She kissed him and his diamond embedded in his gradlir became colorful. Shockwaves were formed on the rooftop, but the hollow absorbed them it turned into a gray hollow. After a minute, they reached the rooftop and the wings were disappeared. The gray hollow was surprised by their appearance, but it laughed manically.

"The water in this facility is completely contaminated with the yellow power. I'll drop that magic circle nullifier device in the transport pipeline. But first, I am going to defeat you two," The gray hollow dashed to the center and pyro pillars were seen rotating around it, making it hard to reach close to it. Instead of dashing through them, the pillars were suddenly lifted up and pointed at the gray hollow. The pyro pillars were launched at the hollow, but it absorbed the pillars and flames were seen around it.

"Muranyl, go get the chairman. He might be inside the building," Cephyone dashed towards the hollow while yelling at Muranyl. He nodded and went back to the chairman's room, only to found out that he was missing a note was seen on a table. It reads,

"When you are reading this, I am already escaped from this building. I know very well about your intentions, but to purify the absurdly large amounts of water in the entire facility requires a lot of people. The only way to deal with this is to use the purify spell as a formation spell and spread the magic circles through all the pipelines. That is what I am going to do. Go to the control room and monitor the progress. I already called as much people as I can to help, so don't worry about that. Alert me if there is anything abnormal.

He quickly dashed to the control room and saw a few people were monitoring the pipelines. He quickly joined them. Back at Cephyone,
"You bastard must be killed at all costs!" Cephyone took out her titanium rapier and attempted to stab the gray hollow, but an explosion on the ground threw her 10 meter backwards and he ended up crashed onto the ground. Giant fireballs were dropped onto her. She quickly stood up and dodged them, but she could not dodge the explosions and she ended up thrown away repeatedly for a minutes before being thrown off the building. Muranyl's heart suddenly felt painful and he quickly dashed to a nearby window. He was shocked that she was thrown away after he was thrown away. Not knowing that her wings were reappearing,

"Cephyone...you asked me to keep on living, yet you ended going to die...I can't let this irony happening!" He dashed out by breaking the building and insect-like wings appeared suddenly on his back while he was diving to save her. After a few seconds, she stopped falling down and flew upwards.

"Let me deal with that hollow. You should replace me at the control room in 200th floor to monitor the water purifying process," She nodded and she flew inside the tall building while he flew back to the rooftop. The true final showdown continues....
Chaos Fighters II: Historical Chronicles-Beyond The Earth(Chapter 46-Final Showdown)

Two hours later, Muranyl woke up and the chairman was sitting on a chair in front of him.
"Go to the rooftop," The chairman said.

"The last enemy that I need to defeat, right?" Muranyl walked out from the room and climbed up a ladder which lead to the rooftop. A woman wearing black formal wear was seen in front of him. She was holding a vial containing yellow power but it was soon disappeared. The wind was blowing strongly. The vial was teleported away while she took out a pair of scirtloy, a hybrid weapon with gun pod installed within the tonfa part and a platinum sword attached directly below the tonfa.

"Why you are stopping me?" Her scirtloy were emitting white glow.

"You are going to cause harm to everyone regardless of gender," He replied her in a surprisingly calm tone while he took out his WAIT sword, but he removed its hilt, threw it upwards and let it attached to a WAIT diamond wand, forming a gradlir.

"So you are going to kill me no matter what? I wondered how you can acomplish that when your body is tired so much that the energy that you are using now isn't yours anymore," Her speech shocked him briefly, but he soon reverted to his angry but calm face.

"So what?"

"I can kill you immediately by removing that energy from you," Colorless energy beams flowed out from his body into her scirtloy and he knelt onto the ground while sweating heavily, but soon it was raining cats and dogs, apparently making the energy drain even worse. After 3 minutes, she could not absorb more of the energy. The rain was stopped and the rooftop was dried immediately. He was still seen kneeling on the ground. "Looks like you are already dead for this. You shall not die with your body intact!" A thunder dragon dived from the sky onto him, but instead of being electrocuted, he stood up with the dragon shrunk and spiraling around him for a few seconds before absorbed into the diamond, turning it into yellow color.

"I anticipated this long before I get up here. After all, it is impossible that we could fight for 9 hours non-stop and still be able to go on as if nothing happened. I decided to not using that energy from you and absorb aura from my surroundings while drinking energy potions. Thanks to you I have to consume 100 bottles of energy potions. That really cost me a lot of money. You are going to pay that with your life," He dashed towards her, but she turned around and kicked him. He was thrown away, but he managed to land onto the ground. Next, he dashed back towards her again, but that time, she slashed and punched him at the same time thanks to her diagonal attack angle.

"Hey, what do you mean by that? Don't confuse my doings...!" She tried to taunt him while throwing him away, but he warped himself so that he fell straight onto her instead. He quickly stood up and dashed towards the center, waiting for her next move. After that, she launched the blades at him while dashing towards him. Knowing the trick, he jumped over the blades while pointing his gradlir upwards which absorbed the black colored beam fired from the sky. He stepped onto her shoulders and jumped again. Such a move pissed her off and the blades were warped to his back.

"You ar not merely paying your life for my energy potions, but also the deaths of innocent people by you!" He shifted his dimension briefly and the blades passed through him without causing any damage. Upon shifting the dimension back, however, a few pyro beams passed through him. His clothes were burned into black color, but soon they were returned to normal. Upon landing onto the ground, he stabbed his sword onto the ground and the thunder dragon appeared again and fired a few thunder blasts onto her, but she blocked them with a barrier which could withstand two blasts before the third blast electrically shocked her. The diamond turned back to white color as the thunder dragon was disappeared after the third blast.

"I see. But what if I don't want to pay at all?" She stabbed her blades onto the ground and multiple arrows struck through him, but they were all ejected and launched towards her. She quickly ran around to dodge the arrows, but the arrows were faster and she were forced to block the arrows using a barrier. He quickly slammed the ground and the barrier was filled with snake venom. She quickly broke the barrier, but it was too late and she died due to venom poisoning. He sighed over the dead body while cleaning the rooftop.

"You can't escape from payment when it comes to deeds and sins," After 5 minutes, he was too tired and rested on the rooftop. At the meantime, outside of the facility,

"Muranyl...are you safe? I baked a cake for you. Please come back before it was spoiled," Cephyone was standing a few meters before the barrier while gazing at the tall building. Back at the 200th floor of it,

"Ugh...that asshole...I will not forgive him for murdering me," A black hollow was seen on the lobby. "But I have more important things to to," She walked towards the chairman's room but it was locked. The door was then destroyed using a dynamite and a wireless detonator. After the smokes from the explosion was disappeared, she was shocked that the room was empty. She quickly dashed towards the control room. Inside the room,

"Please come in. Muranyl and I can't hold out much longer...." The chairman used a computer and the barrier was disappeared for 10 seconds. Cephyone quickly dashed inside upon seeing the barrier was disappeared. Next, the locked door to the control room was destroyed the same way. He quickly teleported himself to the 199th floor and ran down through the stairs.

"Looks like he is not here either. Let's see...!" She found out that the elevators were all active and tried to disable them again, but it failed. This isn't over yet....
Chaos Fighters II: Historical Chronicles-Beyond The Earth(Chapter 45-Air Disaster Part Eight)

Two days already passed. They reached the 199th floor and fighting against the respawning hollows. At the meantime,
"Where are you going?" The pink helmeted scum who guarded the hallway to the chairman's room asked the manager.

"The rooftop. I shall have a final showdown with them there and spread the yellow powder into the air. Anyway, try killing them,"

"I understand," Back to them, after 4 hours, the hollows stopped respawning. They reached the 200th floor, but no one was there.

"Let's rescue the...!" Muranyl was looking around, but everyone else were teleported away from the facility. The facility was now sealed and no else could enter or exit the place.

"Chairman, hang in there," He dashed to a hallway, but a pink helmeted scum appeared in front of him. Black scars were seen on her helmet.

"You shall not pass. I'm Jourilner Mogaf, the leader of the Men Extermination League. My comrades and subordinates were killed, but I shall fight on until the last drop of my blood!" She suddenly charged towards Muranyl and kicked him back to the floor lobby. He took out his WAIT sword and stared at her sharply. They could feel the murderous intent filling the atmosphere between them.

"If this is what you insist, then I shall play along with you. But don't ever regret if you die because of that," He dashed towards her while launching electrically charged slash waves towards them. With rubber boots, she managed to step onto them, but ice spikes struck up from the slash waves hit her and she was hurt before falling onto the ground. A few slash waves launched at her was absorbed to heal herself. Next, she stood up and dashed backwards while throwing bombs at him, but he quickly slammed a few back at her while dodging the others.

"I never regretted this. As long as I can defend my ideals, I shall keep of struggling!" Marble spikes dropped from the floor's ceiling, but that did not stop him from dashing towards her while launching neurotoxin filled slash waves at her. Knowing that stepping onto them or absorbing them are not viable options, a reflect barrier reflected the slash waves back to him. He quickly ran in a rotating arc but still closing in to her. Upon reaching close, he attempted to stab through the barrier, but suddenly the barrier was changed into repel barrier and his stab attack was repelled, throwing him straight to the walls.

"Your sick ideals should not be defended!" He quickly landed onto the ground and stabbed her who dashed towards him. He quickly ran away while teleporting his sword back to his hands. She turned around and dashed towards him, but that time he launched a cross shaped slash wave towards her. She quickly jumped backwards, but the slash wave was faster and she was hit. After that she landed onto the ground and compressed steam shots were launched at him, but they were punched back at her.

"Sick? You are the one who is sick!" She absorbed the compressed steam shots and he was trapped inside a pyramidal steam barrier. He was damaged, but he quickly absorbed the steam to heal himself and break the barrier into pieces. Next, the pieces were launched towards her, but they reformed into a barrier plane and kicked at him. He quickly rolled around and launched a few slash waves in projectile motion which were intentionally launched slightly missed. Not realizing that, she dashed backwards and she was hit.

"If this is it, I rather become sick rather than healthy!" He stabbed his sword onto the ground and a sword blade struck up from the ground, but she stepped backwards, grabbed the blade with her barrier gloves activated and threw from a horizontal swinging motion. He tried to block it, but the blade was very heavy and he was pushed back to a wall. Next, the blade was bounced upwards while she was dashing towards it. She jumped, grabbed the blade and threw it at him. He could barely dodge it by rolling around while she was falling down.

"That is really insane," Thunder sparks were fired randomly, but he dashed in an circular arc while dodging them. Next, he suddenly leaped while switching to a bronze coin dagger and threw it as if it was a javelin and a brown color phoenix was "formed", but it was absorbed and he was trapped inside a white colored spherical barrier. The dimensional shift spell allowed him to let the slash waves launched through him without suffering any damage, but that also prevented him from breaking the barrier and launched the broken pieces as well.

"I live by insanity, yet I am still sane compared to you!" He dashed out from the barrier and shifted himself back to normal. Freezing wind was blown at him, but a conical barrier blocked the wind while ice was forming around the barrier. After that, ice on the barrier was broken into ice shards and launched at her. A warp portal was appeared, but the ice shard briefly switched its dimension back and forth through the warp portal and she ended up hit repeatedly and died upon crashing onto a wall. He quickly rushed to the chairman's room and untied the ropes.

"Thank you for saving me, but you must be tired. I'll deal with the control room myself while you rest here," The chairman's formal wear was transformed into a titanium armor. He dashed towards the control room opposite to his room.

"Damn...we were discovered. Kill him!" Sounds of guns firing at him were heard, but they were all blocked by a hemispherical barrier surrounding him. After a few seconds, shockwaves were emitted and killed them instantly.

"This should be working," He was using a computer while sweating heavily. After 10 minutes, the barrier surrounding the facility disappeared for a mere 10 seconds. He was shocked and tried again, but the same thing happened. Next, he walked back to his room and found out that Muranyl was taking a nap. The final showdown starts soon....
Chaos Fighters II: Historical Chronicles(Chapter 44-Air Disaster Part Seven)

After 2 hours struggling with the enemies in the walkway leading to the tall building inside the water processing facility, they finally managed to go inside. Oddly, there was no one inside the building, perhaps because the workers were all off duty. The decided to have some rest and sat in the reception counter while drinking energy potion.
"How tall is this building? It feels like a tower," Muranyl looked upwards.

"I don't know. Rumors said that it was 100 floors high," Murazrai replied him.

"Let's see if we can reach there using an elevator," Tereue looked around and saw an elevator behind them.

"I have a bad feeling about this," Cephyone was looking around and saw elevators around them. Hesir and Celiere examined the elevators and found out that not every elevator was working thanks to the security system inside the building itself.

"Looks like we have to go through 10 floors each ride," Hesir took out a titanium spear and fired a beam of light upwards to gauge its height.
"It must be an attempt to delay us," Celiere sighed as apparently it made it through 180 floors. After half an hour, when they walked to an elevator to their right, a sound portal suddenly appeared.

"Since that you all can penetrate all the defenses outside, let me play a game with you. I already disabled all the elevators except the ones that goes in 10 floors. If you want to access them, you must defeat my artificial hollows appearing in the floor you are in. If you fail to get into an elevator within 20 minutes, you lose and I'll put the device into the main pipe. Also, you six must be entering the same elevator or the time will not reset. Finally, you have only 10 hours to get to the 180th floor. Good luck," The sound portal was disappeared. Suddenly white colored hollows appeared around them. They quickly spread out and destroyed the hollows. While they were inside an elevator to the 10th floor,

"I was judging that there will be some elevators that will not be working at all and we will have to stop at certain floors to get into another elevator. Also, I feat that if the enemies respawn when we get that to be floors that we cleared before," Muranyl sighed.

"That's right," The sound portal appeared again briefly, much to the horrors of others.

"She must be intending to kill us," Cephyone was shocked. As they reached the 10th floor, they spread out and killed the hollows again before entering another elevator. The process was repeated, but the elevator they entered was not functioning, forcing them to get to 15th floor and do the same thing again. After 3 hours, they reached the 80th floor. Feeling frustrated, Celiere fired a white colored beam to the center and it spread out to the elevators. Suddenly, the working elevators were moving upwards and downwards repeatedly.

"Scan!" Murazrai cast the spell. "The correct order is 85, 95, 105, 100, 110, 120, 130, 140, 135, 145, 155, 150, 160, 170, 165, 175, 180,"

"That means we have no time to lose. Let's get this quickly done," After another 6 hours, they finally reached the 175th floor, but the elevator to the 180th floor was suddenly not working. They quickly went back to the 170th floor and rode the previously not working central elevator to the 180th floor. Upon reaching there, a sound portal appeared again.

"I thought that you will fail, but I'm glad that you managed to do it in time. Seriously, if you think that you are going to win after this, you are wrong. Now all the elevators were disabled and you have only stairs that connects to the next floor. You have only 10 minutes each for each floor, but you have only 120 minutes to reach the 195th floor," Then, black colored hollows suddenly swarmed them, but that allowed them to use area skills and spells to kill them instantly. After 100 minutes, when they reached the 195th floor, a white armored knight appeared in front of them.

"Defeat him in just one hit from one person," A sound portal appeared again briefly.

"That is easy," Muranyl took out 12 antideuterium cannons and fired them simultaneously. The antideuterium beams converged together exactly before the black knight, killing him instantly. However, he collapsed onto the ground. Then, the sound portal reappeared again.

"I'm a little bit sleepy, and so do you, right? I'll stop here for now and so should you. I'll wait until you all are ready," At the meantime, at the top floor where the chairman was awake,

"What is it, sir?"

"Can I confirm with you the status of the building?"

"It is cleared till the 195th floor. Do not go beyond that or she will use the device immediately. The further proofs you needed are in 180th to 190th floors. She thought that it would be wise to keep those documents away. Be quick, though. Once she discovered your presence she will also use the device,"

"I understand," One hour later, officers wearing orange uniforms stormed the facility and raided the tall building. The desks, storerooms and everything else were checked, but they do not realize that there were other people inside.

"Hey, they are inside the building. Should we woke the big boss up?"

"No. Let them take those things. After all, those things would turn into ashes once they exited the facility,"

"I understand, sire," Then, a pink helmeted scum walked out from the room.

"Where are you going, sire?"

"I have to protect the big boss. I shall guard the final hall way to her room," Back to the officers,

"Hey, that's quite a big success, isn't it?"

"Yeah,"

"Wait...why does the things feel much lighter?" The lorries were stopped and when the officers checked them everything they carried were turned into dusts.

"Damn those pink helmeted scums! They are already knowing that we are going to raid that place. Looks like we just have to utilize whatever we had on our hands," The disaster continues....
